Move the folder view to the far left

I think having my folder view in the first column then the eProductivity items and then my view list would be easier for me to navigate. Moving some things to the left into eProductivity and others to the right, especially on a wide screen, doesn't flow well for me.

I believe R8 has threaded discussions within the inbox but releases prior to that, at least version 6.5 that I am using, do not. There is a "threaded discussions" view but it is processed against the entire mail file which clutters the screen with thread that have been filed away ...

Relink an email to another action or project

I would like to be able to relink an email to another action or project after this already has been linked to an action or project.
 
The difficult way is to resend it to yourself and then link it.

Buttons and icons

A setting in preferences enabling you to show only the icon on the buttons not the text. This since you learning their meaning as you go along. Also there are quite a few buttons to display and they scroll off the screen.

Simpler description field for Projects/Action

I think the description field in the project/action part gets too congested when linking emails to the project.
 
I don't have any good suggestions on how this could be solved, but maybe the info could be split into several columns or even removed like E-mail:. It would be easier to ...

Many people, myself included, end up doing the same types of tasks over and over again.
 
There really is no simply Notes-based project management database that does this, that integrates into the Notes client. But eProductivity could easily (it seems to this non-programmer) do this.

Add Mini-Views for the Sidebar View Linked Idea

The R8 sidebar easily could house the list of current projects for reference. For a quick win:
Add a view taking advantage of the Java view capabilities (like 2 row display, see http://www.wissel.net/blog/D6Plinks/SHWL-7A2MCD ), so it can be dragged to the sidebar as reference.
