0 | Additional outline functionality in views (especially Projects & Actions)Keith Collyer - 24 Jun 2009 / (0) In a comment elsewhere, I mentioned that I found it useful to be able to view just the Projects and Actions, but not other linked items, in the Projects & Actions view. There is no easy way to set this up as the view comes up fully expanded. If you ... |
1 | eProductivity WikiKeith Collyer - 24 Jun 2009 / (1) (prompted by Eric Mack) eProd can be a bit obscure in places, for example I never really understood the categorization using the specific syntax for subject lines. In response to an idea of mine, Fred Janssen pointed to an excellent resource on an external site. It struck me that it ... |

1 | Optional show due and overdue Waiting For entries on Today viewKeith Collyer - 18 Jun 2009 / (2) It would be useful to be able to show due and overdue "Waiting For" items on the Today view. As chasing these is something you would want to do Today, this gives a more complete picture of your day. I know you can always flag them, but that's an extra ... |
0 | Auto Delete when an email is moved from "IN" to an eproductivity projectPaul Scheuer - 17 Jun 2009 / (0) This is a "Must Have" productivity enhancer for cleaning-out your Notes inbox (incomming mail) faster: Whn an email is linked to a project (with drag and drop), there should be an option to have it automatically deleted from the inbox view - just like when you move an email to ... |
0 | Add email sender and date fields + sorting to project actions viewPaul Scheuer - 17 Jun 2009 / (0) I associate every relevant email to a project, thus my "actions" section withinthe project view gets very long (one project may have 100 emails) I need a way to sort that view quickly and discern whether the actions are mails or other things. To the actions view, I would like ... |

1 | Create project templatesVaughan Rivett - 14 Jun 2009 / (0) I would like to see some more functionality build into eProductivity (this may already be there, however, I am yet to find it), which allows for project templates. Therefore, if I create a new project (which is a common project), it can be based on a template ... |
-1 | Guidance on archives and eProductivityKeith Collyer - 12 Jun 2009 / (0) I would like to see some guidance on how eProductivity interacts with archives. 0 | Mark calendar completed in views other than TodayKeith Collyer - 21 May 2009 / (0) If I don't mark calendar items completed on the today view, I can't mark them at a later date. This may not make a huge amount of difference, but it means you get a check mark in the containing project, which is an indicator of something having been done.

1 | Set default behavior for Delete/Move to folder when creating an action from an emailRichard Greaves - 19 May 2009 / (0) I typically drag email onto one of the Context lists on the left creating an action to deal with that email. When I want to add additional actions to the open project I Intuitivly want to click the "New Action" button, but doing that creates the actions as independant actions not linked to the project. ... |

5 | Protect incomplete projects, actions and shadow-mails from archivalStephan Wissel - 02 Apr 2009 / (0) Some projects and task are really long-running and might not get touched for an extended period of time, so the archival process picks them up and moves them to an archive (big problem if you are on quota). Using a reserved field you can protect any document from being mopped ... |
2 | Add Discover Folders to All Documents view (and maybe others)Fred Janssen - 30 Mar 2009 / (1) The "Discover Folders" option in Lotus Notes 7 and up is a highly valueble option to find out where a "missing" e-mail was filed when one discovers it from the All Documents view (through a Search).
Unfortunatly it is missing from the eProductivity interface. |
